Who we are

This website, joincatalystservices.com, is operated by GKBKBM LLC, a Michigan company doing business as Catalyst Services, based in Niles, Michigan. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “Catalyst,” it means GKBKBM LLC. You can reach us anytime at hello@joincatalystservices.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. If you submit the contact form, that includes your name, business name and type, contact details (phone and email), your city or service area, and anything you tell us about your situation. If you call or email us directly, we keep the information you share in that conversation. This site has no user accounts and takes no payments, so we never collect passwords or payment card details here.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we’re a fit for your business, and — if you become a client — deliver our services. If you’ve asked to hear from us, we may follow up about your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the optional consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Catalyst Services at the number you provided — things like replies to your inquiry, scheduling, and appointment reminders. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us, and leaving the box unchecked doesn’t affect your inquiry in any way. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or emailing hello@joincatalystservices.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, any third party. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services (such as our CRM provider) solely so we can deliver those messages and respond to you.

Where it goes

Contact form submissions are delivered to our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel), which processes them on our behalf so we can respond and keep track of the conversation. Our website hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical logs — such as IP addresses and request data — for security and performance purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set its own cookies and does not run advertising trackers. If we add basic analytics in the future to understand site usage, we’ll update this policy to say what’s collected and by whom.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as it’s useful for the purposes above or as the law requires. If you want the information you’ve sent us corrected or deleted, email hello@joincatalystservices.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes won’t apply retroactively to information collected under an earlier version.
